Homemade No-Sugar Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. One batch will last four days.
