Asian Noodle Soup can be prepared based on your favor. Basically cooked noodle soup adds your favor vegs, and chicken or pork or seafood.
My favor noodle soup is added tomato, cucumber, cilantro and sliced pork. Pork enhance the flavor of the soup. These three veg are the anti-oxidant healthiest food. Especially cilantro provide wide variety of health benefits in the little leaves that contain: an anti-oxidant compound fighting cancer, boost immunity system against infection; an antibacterial compound fighting Salmonella, bacterial or yeast infections; anti-diabetic – control of blood sugar; anti-inflammatory. Cilantro is one of the very few herbs that is used as a heavy metal detox to detoxify mercury, aluminum and lead among others and kidney stones.
Ingredients
Noodle soup: Chinese noodle, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, sliced pork, ginger, salt, corn starching powder.
Salad: Brussels sprouts, spinach, home made yogurt with maple syrup, whole grain Dijon mustard, salt, pepper.
Directions
1. Add noodle to boiling water to cook 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and then add the pork tomato to the soup to cook 3 – 5 minutes until fully cooked. Add salt to taste.
2. Add the cucumber and cilantro to the soup to cook 1 minute.
